Field House Brewing Releases Concord Blackberry Foeder Sour and Salted Lime Mexican Lager

ABBOTSFORD, BC – Field House Brewing has announced the release of the latest in its BRRL ROOM series of barrel aged beers, and the return of a refreshing seasonal favourite.

Concord Blackberry Foeder Sour (6.6% abv):

This foeder sour starts with hand-harvest concord grapes from our farm and then put through the carbonic maceration process to give a complex and unique taste. It was then blended with blackberry and laid to rest for over two months with our foeder sour to give a funky and bright flavour profile.

Salted Lime Mexican Lager (4.9% abv):

Light, clean and crisp this Mexican Lager is only more crushable with the addition of lime and salt adding a seemingly classic twist on one of our brewer’s favourite styles.

Concord Blackberry Foeder Sour is available now at the Field House taprooms and online shop. Salted Lime Mexican Lager will be released on Friday March 18th, but can be pre-ordered online now.
