Nonsuch Brewing Releases Sour Tripel with Brettanomyces

WINNIPEG, MB – Nonsuch Brewing has announced the release of its newest limited edition bottled beer.

Sour Tripel with Brettanomyces (9.2% abv):

Find your favourite long-stemmed, tapered glass (perhaps a wine glass) and settle into your coziest chair. Pour this medium-bodied ale with confidence to reveal a persistent thin head resting atop this hazy, light peach-coloured sour. As the aromas gather at the rim you’ll encounter herbaceous lemon/citrus, a touch of pineapple, and hints of vanilla with vinous notes as well. A soft mouthfeel with vibrant effervescence delivers the signature funky notes of Brettanomyces which play a supporting role – gracefully uplifting the apricot and green grape flavours. The finish is drying with echoes of lemony citrus.
