EDMONTON, AB – A new brewery that aims to bring “rhythms, people and beer together in perfect harmony” is getting set to open its doors tomorrow (March 15th) in Edmonton.
Polyrhythm Brewing has been founded by married couple Chelsea Tessier and Taylor Wacey, with award-winning homebrewer Chelsea running the brewing program, and Taylor overseeing the taproom.
In the works for almost two years, Polyrhythm will be opening with an initial beer line-up that includes Beatbox Brown Ale (6% abv), Backbeat Blonde Ale (5.2% abv), Bodhran Irish Stout (4.9% abv), Snare Buzz NEIPA (6.7% abv), and 808 Irish Red (5.2% abv). A sandwich-focused food menu will also be available.
Polyrhythm Brewing is located at 11635 145 St. NW in Edmonton, and will be open from 3:00 to 9:00 PM on Wednesday and Thursday, 12:00 noon to 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 12:00 noon to 7:00 PM on Sunday. For more details, see the brewery’s pages on Facebook and Instagram.
