Willibald Farm Brewery Releases Collaborations with Fuerst Wiacek Brauerei and Still Fields Brewery

AYR, ON – Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery has announced the release of a pair of new beers created in collaboration with other breweries.

Cross Trainer DIPA (8% abv):

This hazy double is a collaboration brew with our friends at Fuerst Wiacek in Berlin. Joe knows fellow brewer Lukasz from their days spent brewing at Beavertown back in 2016. This beer delivers a big blast of the thirst inducing Citra and Galaxy hops most of us crave. Pillowy and dry this brew has a soft bitterness that we strive for in our IPAs. Our version was brewed here on the farm in Ayr with their version being made in their Berlin brewery but both from a shared recipe.

Saison Tendencies (5.5% abv):

This is the first-time we’ve brewed a Saison here on the farm and we’re pumped to have done so with our friends from Still Fields Brewery in Meaford. This beer is a classic saison dry-hopped with Saaz. We fermented the beer at a warmer temp to really bring out all of the esters and phenols that saison yeast produce so it’s super bubble gummy and candy banana.

Both beers are available now at the Willibald Farm retail shop and online store.
